For the last three years, the State of Oregon has enlisted our help in communicating the ever-shifting health insurance enrollment requirements and dates. Despite the current atmosphere of confusion and turmoil around health insurance, we've helped the State land record enrollment numbers year after year. We've done that by differentiating the State’s messages from private insurance advertising and delivering a variety of types of messaging to diverse ethnic, gender and geographic audiences across the state. We've reached Oregonians via robust digital and social campaigns, print advertising, out of home, events, radio and broadcast television. With a particular mix of helpfulness, optimism and clear information behind it, our campaigns have helped more Oregonians become, and stay, insured.
